Can I Return or Exchange?

The Buyer may share blog post links and Facebook albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. Although, not necessary for all images posted on social media a direct link or credit towards Love Merkuri would be lovely.
Can I Share these files?
No.
One purchase, one computer.
This is a single-user license and you cannot share the resources with others.
What CAN I Do?
- Display on personal websites and computers.
- Making image prints for personal use.
- mages can be used for anything to promote your business including but not limited to blogs, Etsy banners, website images, crop it, filter it, edit to how you like it.
What Can I NOT Do?
- Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the creator
- Use the image(s) in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration
- Use the image(s) in advertising
- Use the image(s) in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libellous, or defamatory manner
- Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks
- Make the Media available for download
- Neither Love Merkuri nor Love Merkuri vendor will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or Buyer’s use of the image(s).

All Digital Planners, Notebooks require Goodnotes app or Notability or any app that supports hyperlinked PDF to work on Ipad pro/Ipad and other tablets. These apps are not part of this purchase. They need to be purchased through the app store.

Usage
The Buyer shall only use the digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Buyer’s digital files are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use, or reproduced in any way by parties other than the Photographer. The redistribution of digital images is strictly prohibited.
Love Merkuri grants Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce Media via print only for any non-commercial use, including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of & for the image remain exclusively with Love Merkuri
